Our online system is very easy to use, and because space is limited, we ask everyone to please pre-register online for classes. Dropins are allowed but we cannot guarantee that you can get into a class, since those who registered are guaranteed a spot up to 5 minutes before class starts.

Please note that our convenient online registration is free of charge. If you have any questions regarding the service, we are more than happy to answer any questions or give you a demo at the studio. However, if you need to use our concierge phone service in order to register or cancel a class for yourself, there will be a $5 charge for each call.

At times we are receving hundreds of calls per week regarding the class registration alone, leaving us unable to assist our members in any other matter. Additionally we may be away from the computer, and/or teaching classes when you are attempting to call us, in that case, please see the person at the front counter.

We encourage you to use our online registration service as much as you like before considering calling and asking us to do it for you. You can sign up online at any computer and cellphone.

Please note that 4 hours notice is required for cancellations of class. No shows / missed classes without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended for Punchcard Members. Monthly members will be charged $10 "no show" fee, which will be charged to your account, and must be paid upon your next visit. Cancellations must be done online, by logging into your account.

Class reservations are open 21 days prior to the scheduled class and close 30 minutes before the class starts.

This will give everyone plenty of time to schedule their favorite classes in advance. We've also setup reminders for you so you won't forget about an upcoming class

Maximum of 2 class per week. Must pay HST upon first visit. Please arrive 20 minutes early so that you have time to find parking, fill out the waiver forms, and get ready for your class. Please note: Classes start exactly on time and door is locked while classes are in session. Out of respect to all, we do not allow late-comers in class.
